Back-to-School Immunizations – Douglas County

The Douglas County Community Health Clinic is offering Back-to-School Immunizations for the community! Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome. To schedule, please call 775-782-9038.

Please bring your insurance card and vaccination records. Uninsured patients are welcome. If you have an HMO plan, a referral from your primary care doctor is required. If the available dates don’t work with your schedule, please call to schedule a different date. 

Dates: Immunizations are available August 13, 14, and 17th.

Times: Immunizations can be given from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on the available dates.

Location: Douglas County Community Health Clinic at 1329 Waterloo Lane (on the back side of the community center)
